Gibson Thunderbird II 1964 - Sunburst Bass #0059

For sale is a used 1964 Gibson Thunderbird II in a Sunburst finish. Ok, let me just start that this bass is INCREDIBLE. It is over 60 years old and plays and sounds amazing. Neck is straight without a headstock break, frets are in awesome shape and the set up is lovely. Doesn't get much better than this as a playing bass. It is listed as very good because while it obviously has some wear and tear...for a 60 year of bass its amazing shape. Bass appears to have all original parts on it with the exception of the metal cover that is missing and a couple of the screws for the back plate seem to be a bit newer..but it's hard to tell. Speed knobs are aftermarket but the pots are original. It has dings and scratches throughout, but NOT a headstock break. Comes with OHSC.
