For sale is a brand new Santa Cruz Model D with an Bearclaw German Spruce top and Bryn Athyn Indian Rosewood back and sides. The Indian Rosewood is sourced from the Bryn Athyn cathedral in Pennsylvania. The cathedral was built in the early 1900s with wood harvested from the 1800s in east India. This guitar sounds absolutely incredible. For a small body guitar it has lots of low end and low midgrange, as well as a sweet top end...projects beautifully. Features a custom schrimshaw of Mt. Diablo, a beloved landmark of the SF Bay Area.
